*Airfares
Airfares are non-refundable at all times. Applicable charges apply to changes. Flights are based on and subject to promotional economy class airfares. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays. 23kg checked luggage allowance applies to Aircalin flights only – any other airline quoted may differ.
*Accommodation
Not included (must be paid by guests directly at the property):
- Eco fee: Ramada belongs to Wyndham green program: 90 F cfp per room per night payable direct
- Resort fee: 250 F cfp per room per night.
*Return Airport Transfers
If you are booked a seat in coach transfer on arrival in New Caledonia, after exiting the baggage hall please make your way to the large whiteboard located outside the airport on your right. Unless otherwise stated all transfers are on a seat-in-coach basis. These are shared transfers and you may visit other hotels prior to arriving at/departing from your hotel. You may also be required to wait at the airport for the arrival of other passengers before departing for your hotel at the VIP Lounge.

*Païta Zip Line Tour
Discover the fauna and flora of Païta (45 min from Noumea) from
the treetops.
1,2 km of zip lines divided into 4 stages + pedestrian route of approximately 800 meters through the forest. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by certified operators.

*Kids Stay Free
A maximum of 2 children 12 years and under stay free in existing bedding when sharing with two adults.
Maximum room capacity considered for each room category (exception Executive Suite: 2 adults + 2 children – Additional children incur extra charges).
Kids menu available for children 12 year and under for 1 050xpf.
Breakfast rate: 50% off adult rate between 3 years old and 12 years old. FOC under 3 years old.

Pricing
All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.
Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
