*Return Airport Transfers

If you have booked a seat in a coach transfer, on arrival in New Caledonia, after exiting the baggage hall please make your way to the large whiteboard located outside the airport on your right. Unless otherwise stated all transfers are on a seat-in-coach basis.  These are shared transfers and you many visit other hotel prior to arriving at/ departing from your hotel.  You may also be required to wait at the airport for the arrival of other of passenger before departing for your hotel at the VIP lounge.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced. If any refunds are received from travel service providers, they will be passed on to you, less a minimum cancellation fee. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy on general terms & conditions.
