*Airfares

Airfares are non-refundable at all times. Applicable charges apply to changes. Flights are based on and subject to promotional economy class airfares. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays. 23kg checked luggage allowance applies to Air Calin flights only – any other airline quoted may differ.

*Return Airport Transfers

If you are booked a seat in coach transfer on arrival in New Caledonia, after exiting the baggage hall please make your way to the large whiteboard located outside the airport on your right. Unless otherwise stated all transfers are on a seat-in-coach basis. These are shared transfers and you may visit other hotels prior to arriving at/departing from your hotel. You may also be required to wait at the airport for the arrival of other passengers before departing for your hotel at the VIP Lounge.

*Guided City Orientation Tour

The best way to get your bearings in Noumea, capital city of New Caledonia.
Recommended for the first day of your holiday.
Includes a tour of Noumea’s bays and lookouts leading into the city centre with a stop off at a supermarket or French bakery.
Duration 1h 30 mins. 9.30AM pick up from hotel.

Cancellation Charges
Please note, cancelled bookings will incur charges. Our travel service providers are entitled to impose cancellation charges, which can be up to 100% of the amount paid to them for the relevant service, regardless of whether travel has commenced.
